Because our printable resources are digital products delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the digital file has been delivered or accessed.

Please review the product description, age range, included pages, and license type carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong file, receive a damaged or incomplete file, or are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help correct the issue.

Please note: Purchasing a digital resource does not transfer ownership or copyright. Your purchase provides permission to use the resource according to the license included with your purchase. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared online, or forwarded to others unless expressly permitted by the applicable license.

Physical Books

Physical books purchased through a third-party retailer, such as Amazon, are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies. Please contact the retailer where the book was purchased for assistance with a return, replacement, or refund.
